At The Hanger, Students’ Union UCL, we want you to love your campus style, but we offer a 28-day return policy for any items that aren't quite right. All returns must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Bring your item and your proof of purchase (digital or physical receipt) to our store location at 25 Gordon Street.
Verification
A member of our staff will quickly inspect the garment to confirm it meets our quality standards for resale.
Receive Refund
Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method or exchanged for a different size immediately.
