Where can I collect my order on campus?
Click & Collect orders can be picked up directly from The Hanger store located in 25 Gordon Street. You will receive an email notification as soon as your items are ready for collection.
What is your return policy for UCL branded merchandise?
We offer a 28-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, face masks and pierced jewelry cannot be returned.
Do you ship internationally for alumni and distance learners?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping so that the UCL community can represent their union from anywhere. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. Our hoodies and t-shirts generally follow a standard unisex fit, but we recommend checking specific measurements before completing your purchase.
Are your clothing products ethically sourced?
